All year we've worked side by side. On December 18 we celebrate it properly: a lantern-lit ranch, a city that sparkles below, great food, music, prizes and attractions you'll still be talking about in January.

Everyone is invited and everyone gets to be a cowboy for a night. Tell us you're coming by November 9 so we can have everything ready for everyone.

A mechanical bull is coming to our Year-End Party. Cheer on your coworkers, or climb on and see how long you can last. Bragging rights are included.

A few simple ground rules so the night is great for everyone.

Who can attend?
This event is for ICON employees only. Guests, partners, family members and plus-ones cannot be accommodated. Please do not forward this page to people outside the company.
RSVP deadline and changes
Please respond by Monday, November 9. We use your answers to plan food, drinks and activities, so every reply counts, including a "no". If your plans change, send the form again with the same Employee ID and we will keep your latest answer.
Arrival and parking
The party starts at 6 PM at Casa de Castilla. Parking is free at the venue. Use the Google Maps or Waze buttons above to plan your route ahead of time.
What should I wear?
Cowboy style: jeans, boots if possible and a hat if you have one. The evening will be cold, so bring a jacket or sweater. Comfortable closed shoes are recommended around the attractions.
Attractions and safety
Taking part in the attractions is always optional. Please follow the instructions of the attraction staff at all times. Some attractions may have health, age, weight or footwear requirements for your safety, and staff may decline participation for safety reasons. Please do not use the attractions if you have been drinking.
Responsible drinking
Please enjoy responsibly and plan a safe ride home. If you have been drinking, do not drive. Organizers may stop serving anyone for their own safety or the safety of others.
Conduct
ICON's workplace conduct standards apply at this event just as they do in the office. Treat colleagues, staff and the venue with respect so everyone can enjoy the night.
Photos and video
Photos and video may be taken during the event and used by ICON for internal and company communications. If you prefer not to appear in them, let an organizer know on the day.
